• RESCHEDULE - You can reschedule for free 24 hours in advance; however, same day reschedules will be charged $35

• CANCELLATION - You can cancel for free 24 hours in advance; however, same day cancellations will be charged $35

• NO CALL/NO SHOWS - If you don’t arrive for your appointment, you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.

Thank You for your interest in my services. In regard to a refund policy, my time is valuable, I do not give refunds under any circumstance.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, it is your responsibility to tell me what’s wrong during the massage. Communication is vital, please discuss any concerns with me as they arise so we can address them immediately.

I treat everybody with the utmost respect and care, if my evaluations of your needs are incorrect and you would prefer a different pressure, tempo, or technique, please be transparent and communicate your needs in that moment.

I take no offense, and I will always be happy to adapt to your request as long as it is safe and ethical to do so.
