What should I expect from my first massage?

When you arrive, you’ll have time to use the restroom if needed and we’ll discuss your needs. You’ll be shown to the massage room where you’ll be given a few minutes of privacy to disrobe and lay on the massage table under a blanket. I will knock and wait for a verbal conformation that you are covered before entering the room and beginning the session.

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably and casually, remove jewelry, and make-up. For Thai massage, reiki, and sound healing, you’ll be fully clothed, so wear something stretchy and relaxed. For traditional table massage, you’ll be asked to undress to your level of comfort. You can keep under garments, or any other preferred attire on. Whatever “comfortable” means to you.

Post-Massage Self-Care?

Drink water and rest! After receiving a professional massage, its normal to experience some muscle soreness, similar to working out. Some people may experience a bit of a headache, dizziness, or tiredness, this is normal and goes away after a day or two.

Am I licensed?

Yes, I have had an official Massage Therapy License in the state of Florida since 2021. To verify my license search #MA97494 in the Florida Board of Massage Therapy database.

I welcome people of all races, religions, shapes, and genders. We are all different versions of the same thing; EVERYBODY deserves healing touch.

Can I talk during the massage

It’s crucial to communicate any massage needs, or discomforts. Feel free to talk if it makes you more comfortable. If everything is good, I encourage you to focus on the massage, as it will have a greater effect on your health.

Can I change my mind?

You can always change your mind. Make changes to your appointment anytime online. However, if you miss or cancel on the day of your appointment, you will forfeit your $30 booking fee.

Should I pay in advance?

It’s highly encouraged and appreciated. However, I only require that you pay a $30 fee upon booking, which is applied to your service.

Is this a professional massage?

Yes, this is a strictly professional, non-sexual, massage. Breast, pubis, and rectum should always remain covered and untouched by either party. Please communicate if you have any questions or concerns. Your comfort is of utmost importance.

Can I get a refund?

I do not give refunds; it’s your responsibility to communicate your needs during the massage. If there is anything I can do to make the massage better suited for you, please tell me right away so I can make adjustments immediately.
