Origin Story
What should I expect from my first massage?
When you arrive, you’ll have time to use the restroom if needed and we’ll discuss your treatment plan. You’ll be shown to the treatment room, where you’ll be given a few minutes of privacy to disrobe and lay on the treatment table under a blanket. I will knock and wait for a verbal conformation that you are covered before entering the room and beginning the session.
What should I wear?
Dress comfortably and casually, remove jewelry, and make-up.
For Thai Massage, Reiki, and Sound Healing: You’ll be fully clothed, so wear something stretchy and relaxed.
For traditional table massage: you’ll be asked to undress to your level of comfort, it’s okay to keep panties/boxers on, whatever “comfortable” means to you.
Post-Massage Self-Care?
Drink water and get plenty of rest! After receiving a professional massage, its normal to experience some muscle soreness, similar to working out. Some people may experience a bit of a headache, dizziness, or tiredness. These symptoms are typically very mild and related to dehydration, stay hydrated!

OF COURSE! Communication is always welcomed and valued, and so is silence, if you prefer to introspect.
Can I change my mind?
Absolutely! You can cancel or reschedule for free 24 hours prior to the appointment, if within 24 hours, there’s a $35 inconvenience fee. If you need to halt the massage, you’ll be charged for the remainder of the session.
Should I pay in advance?
Paying in advance is not a requirement, however, it does make things run much smoother, if you’re not able to pay in advance, just pay after the session!
Is this a professional massage?
Yes, this is a strictly professional, non-sexual, therapeutic massage. You will be appropriately draped with a blanket, only unveiling working areas (limbs, head, back) meaning that the “bra and bikini” areas should never be exposed. Glutes and Abs are considered professional to work on draped or undraped, and therefore, it’s up to your individual level of comfort and need. Please communicate if you have any questions or requirements. Your comfort is of utmost importance.
